Yes! Once your veterinarian writes a prescription for your pet, you will be able to activate your account for easy ordering!

As long as your veterinarian has your email on file, you will receive an account activation email request once your pet's prescription is on file.

Yes, if your pets are all seen by the same veterinarian, their prescriptions can all be set up with one account.

We need a full pet profile on file by law to safely dispense a product from our pharmacy. This includes name, species, age, breed, sex, weight, medical conditions, and allergies so that we can review your order with your vet and ensure that we are safely dispensing any prescription products for your pet.

Yes, a prescription is the key to kicking off your account.

Brava offers numerous dosage forms - capsules to suspensions, chews to transdermals - so we can properly medicate various species. We will work closely with you & your veterinarian to ensure the best dosage form for your pet.

Yes, refrigerated products will be indicated in checkout and on the product page. They will be labeled accordingly and arrive in temperature sensitive packaging.

Yes, as long as your veterinarian has prescribed a controlled substance that Brava dispenses, we will work with you to obtain all required documentation and we will be able to ship this to you with an adult signature required.

Per our accreditation standards, all of our drugs and raw goods are sourced from FDA approved manufacturers and distributors.

Orders and Payment

Most Orders are processed within 48 hours. When an item is shipped you'll receive a shipping confirmation.

The quantity is related directly to the prescription written by your veterinarian. If you wish to order a different quantity, please discuss with your veterinarian, or call our Customer Care team to help facilitate this conversation.

We preauthorize the payment on checkout for both one time orders and auto-ship orders, so you may see a pending charge for the total amount when the order is placed. The charge is finalized on the day your order ships.

Since we charge only when an item is shipped, you may see several charges if we had to split the shipment. Don't worry, you aren't charged more than the original amount nor for any items that have not shipped.

Yes, every autoship subscription has a payment method attached to it. You can update the payment method for each in the subscription section of your account

All major credit and debit cards are accepted as well as Apple Pay

We do not accept returns for prescription items; in the event that you cannot use what has been received, or you need to report something about your order, please contact Customer Support so we can assist in a resolution!

Yes, Standard Shipping (3-5 days) is free when your order is over $45. Some items may require expedited fees, such as temperature sensitive medications.

Our pharmacies are currently licensed to ship to the following states only: NC, FL, PA, VA

Yes, you will receive a tracking email once your shipment has processed.

We can currently ship Standard Shipping to a PO Box. We are not currently shipping to APO/FPO Addresses.

Certain zip codes qualify for pick-up at our pharmacies. If your zip code is available, the pick-up option will populate at checkout.

USPS, FedEx, & UPS. Most Standard Shipping will ship via USPS.

When ordering a new or refillable prescription, please allow 48 hours for compounding preparation. Once your item ships, your order will deliver in the timeframe you selected in checkout.

Autoship is a free service we offer for most products where we will automatically ship you a new supply of your pet’s medications before they run out of their current supply based on the frequency you have selected.

Autoship is a great way to make sure that your pet never runs out of their medication. We also offer a 10% discount on Autoship products.

You will be able to select the "Set Up Autoship" option from the homepage, prescriptions page or the individual product page. You can set the frequency and flavor options before checkout.

Autoship is flexible! You can pick which prescriptions are on Autoship.

Yes, an email reminder notice will be sent to the email you have on file.

Yes. You can manage your Autoships in the Autoship section of our site. You'll see your upcoming autoship orders as well as all your recent orders. From there you can modify or cancel the autoship.

You're able to "Skip" orders. Simply go to your Autoship page, click on the Autoship and click all the dates that you'd like to skip. Your next order date will then be reflected on the home page of your Autoship.

Visit the Autoship tab in your Account. You can edit the Shipping Address for your prescription autoship. Your address will update for the next order only.
